Review structure

One organised decision point.

The standard project includes one consolidated revision round. Corrections needed because the agreed brief was not followed do not use that allowance; changed direction and new requests are scoped separately.

One reviewer

A named representative combines internal comments before sending them.

Timestamped notes

Each request identifies where it belongs and the outcome needed.

Written approval

The final review version is approved before final delivery files are made.

A defined process leaves more attention for the lesson itself.
